You've been invited to create an investor account to view investment opportunities. Follow the steps below to create your account & view deals that have been shared with you.
If you received an email from Redely Platform with the subject line "Create an Account To View Investment Opportunities" select the Create New Account button.
Important note: If you are signing up from a link that was shared with you, you will not receive an email. Please select Sign Up to start the account creation process, as shown below.
First, you'll need to select if you're a Non-Institutional & Individual investor or an Institutional investor. The icon will appear blue when it's been selected. Once you've selected which type of investor you are, select Next Step.
Please note: If you are a Non-Institutional & Individual investor, you will need to note if you are an accredited investor. Only certain accounts permit non-accredited investors to join.
On the next screen, you can Sign Up With Google, Sign Up With Microsoft, or manually enter My Account Details.
Please note: Your email address will be automatically filled in and cannot be changed. If you wish to create an account using a different email address, please reach out to the representative mentioned in the email invitation for a new invitation.
When entering My Account Details, please provide your name, phone number, and password (entered twice for accuracy). This email address and password will be used to log into your account from now on.
Important note: Please enter a phone number that is able to receive text messages.
Next, check the box to verify you agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy before selecting Create Account. The Create Account button will only turn blue once all the necessary information has been entered.
You will receive a six-digit code to the phone number provided. Enter that six-digit code and select Verify & Continue.
Please note: Two-factor authentication is designed to prevent unauthorized users from gaining access to an account with nothing more than a stolen password. This extra step ensures your information is safe and secure.
You have successfully created your account! You will now be directed to your account page, where you can view the deals that have been shared with you.
